The difference
We sell traditional ocean freight — the voyage the market already knows. We do not ask you to trade it differently. What changes is who keeps the benefit after the fixture. It returns to your trade, where it belongs.
Traditional sale
Ocean freight is the full cost of the maritime voyage of the cargo. It is rarely sold that way. Financial operators portion it into time-charter hire, bunker credit and other vendor facilities, each with its own risk, and gather them under a ship operator or owner outfit. When those facilities are settled, the disputes and claims travel back along the delivery chain.
Our freight
We sell the freight to your trade contract. We do not operate on vendor credit, bunker facilities or time-charter exposure. Gard P. & I. (Bermuda) Ltd. covers the partners along the chain. The freight we offer is firm, not conditional, and executable around the clock. What should not sit in your sale does not.
